Consent to Personal Data Processing – Contact Form

By submitting the contact form, you agree that the operator of this website, CK Hanka s.r.o., with its registered office at U nových domů I 524/3, Prague – Krč, 140 00, Company ID: 62914367 (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”), may, in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Protection Act”), process the following personal data:

  • first and last name,
  • email address,
  • phone number.
  1. The email address, phone number and name will be processed for the purpose of contacting the message author regarding a response to their inquiry or service request.
  2. You grant this consent for a period of 3 years, unless you extend it.
  3. The processing of personal data is carried out by the Controller; however, personal data may also be processed for this company by the following processors:
    • possibly other providers of processing software, services, and applications, which the Controller does not currently use.
  4. You can withdraw your consent at any time, for example by sending a letter or email. Withdrawal of consent will result in the deletion of your email address.
